DEC • Dynamic Environmental Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "DEC") applies GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (hereinafter referred to as "GTC"): these documents are aimed to simplify negotiations and to rationalize the handling of contracts and contract relations, with both customers and suppliers.
