End User License Agreement

DEC IMPIANTI S.p.A. applies END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, specifying in detail the rights and restrictions which apply to the use of the software DEC provides in "DEC_product".

DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this document, the following definitions shall apply:

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

"DEC_GTC_S" and "DEC_EULA" are an integral part of any "DEC_P" and/or "DEC_OA": this is a legal agreement between the "BUYER" and "DEC", for the use of any "DEC_product".

INSTALLATION, USE AND RIGHTS

The software is licensed, not sold. Under this agreement, "DEC" grants "BUYER" the right to install and run one instance of the software on your "DEC_product" (the licensed device), so long as you comply with all the terms of this agreement.
