DEC has a global workforce of about 300 people, all of whom are highly skilled in the design, engineering, and construction of industrial plants. Our team members have a wide range of experience, from working on small projects to large, complex ones. They are also experts in a variety of fields, including chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental & civil engineering.
The team is always willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of their customers, and always looking for new ways to improve their work. DEC's employees are also committed to sustainability, always looking for ways to reduce the environmental impact of their work, and they are always working to develop new technologies that will help to make their plants more environmentally friendly.
