Solvent Storage Tanks • DEC.SST™
DEC.SST™ solvent storage tanks are purpose-built for the safe containment of flammable solvents, inks, and resins. Constructed to comply with international safety standards, these tanks ensure secure storage while minimizing risks of leaks, spills, or vapor emissions.
Tank Blanketing System • DEC.TBS™
The DEC.TBS™ tank blanketing system maintains a protective inert gas layer (typically nitrogen) above the solvent surface to prevent vapor formation, oxidation, and fire hazards.
Solvent Mixing Box • DEC.MBX™
The DEC.MBX™ solvent mixing box ensures precise blending of solvents, inks, or resins to meet specific formulation requirements, optimizing process efficiency.
Leakage Detection System • DEC.LDS™
DEC.LDS™ uses sensor(s) to actively detect vapors (LEL monitoring) that are created by leaks in the solvent storage area(s).
Static Ground Detection • DEC.SGD™
DEC.SGD™ is designed to prevent fires, explosions, and equipment damage by detecting and controlling static electricity buildup during solvent handling and transfer in flammable environments.
Water Sprinkler Nozzles • DEC.WSN™
Water sprinkler/spraying nozzles can be used to protect SST_AST™ tanks containing flammable solvents: the sprinklers, placed around the tank to provide complete coverage, will cool it down in case a fire should impact the solvent tank. The sprinklers are activated by a fusible link or other sensor that will detect a fire.
