VOC Industrial Emission Monitoring Systems
DEC.EMS™
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are a significant contributor to air pollution and climate change. Effective emission control systems are crucial for industries that generate VOC emissions. To ensure compliance with environmental regulations and optimize system performance, robust emission monitoring is essential.
Emission Monitoring Systems (EMS) are technologies that measure and track the pollutants released by industrial activities. These systems are crucial for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and minimizing the environmental impact of industrial operations. By continuously monitoring emissions, industries can identify and address areas for improvement, leading to a reduction in harmful pollutants released into the atmosphere.

DEC.EMS™ is a suite of Emission Monitoring Systems designed to meet the diverse needs of different industries. It incorporates different analytical (ATX™) technologies, including Flame Ionization Detectors (FIDs), Flame Thermal Analyzers (FTAs), and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), to accurately measure VOC concentrations in flue gas.
The VOC emission analytical results are typically expressed as TVOCs (Total Volatile Organic Compounds).
DEC.HMI™, a user-friendly interface, is integrated with each DEC.EMS™ configuration to enhance operational efficiency. It provides real-time data visualization, alarm functionalities, diagnostic and basic data logging capabilities.

EMS_FID-SL™ • single-line FID monitoring
The EMS_FID-SL™ system utilizes an ATX module, where a single point of analysis draws a sample directly from the flue gas stack (FGS).
EMS_FID-ML™ • multi-line FID monitoring
The EMS_FID-ML™ system utilizes an ATX module, where a sampling system alternates different lines to draw samples directly from the inlet duct of the VOC emission control system and from its flue gas stack (FGS).
EMS_CEMS™ • Continuous Emission Monitoring System
The EMS_CEMS™ is a sophisticated analytical unit that continuously measures and records the concentration of pollutants in flue gases. The system provides important information for the environmental and economic operation of production facilities, a scalable unit to support from the one stack (FGS) installations up to multi-block plants, up to numerous measuring points. The measurement is handled using certified ATX module(s):
