All DEC processes, equipment, engineering services, and technical solutions are developed, manufactured, and delivered with the clear purpose of supporting:
• Air Pollution Control units (e.g. SRUs, XBCs, XTOs) for VOC emission abatement in industrial applications;
• environmental protection and resource efficiency;
• energy optimization and sustainable manufacturing;
• safe handling and treatment of industrial air and liquid streams.
DEC • Dynamic Environmental Corporation does not design, manufacture, supply, or support technologies intended for:
• military applications;
• weapons development or production;
• nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons programs;
• missile or defense-related systems;
• surveillance or security technologies, subject to dual-use controls.
How we do operate?
To ensure full alignment with international regulations, DEC operates in accordance with:
• EU Regulation 2021/821 on dual-use export controls;
• applicable national export control laws;
• international non-proliferation principles and compliance standards.
Compliance Assesment
All projects are subject to case-by-case compliance assessment, including verification of:
• declared civil end-use;
• end-user legitimacy;
• geographic destination;
• regulatory applicability.
Where export control screening indicates any potential dual-use relevance, DEC applies strict internal procedures and will decline participation in projects that are inconsistent with its civilian and environmental mission.
